Abstract
The Cincinnati Pharmaceutical Association (CinPha) is an organization of African American Pharmacists in the Cincinnati area. The organization was started in 1975 due to poor recruitment of minorities into the College of Pharmacy. It is also the oldest black pharmacy organization in the country.
