History of Queensgate II Development Program
The purpose of the Queensgate II Development Program was to study and develop a plan to revitalize the Queensgate II area of Cincinnati. This historically African American community consisted of 117 acres that bordered Over-the-Rhine in Cincinnati's West End. University of Cincinnati students and faculty were involved in developing the plan, although it was never implemented.
