History of Memorial Hall
The Hamilton County Memorial Building, known simply as Memorial Hall, was designed by Samuel Hannaford & Sons and built in 1908. It is a monument to Cincinnati's veterans of the Spanish-American War and the U.S. Civil War. Memorial Hall is located opposite Washington Park and is next to Music Hall.
